Developing your mental health and wellbeing plan
Developing a staff mental health and wellbeing plan is a great place for schools to start when outlining a commitment to prioritising the wellbeing of staff. It’s a place where school leaders can set out clear areas of focus, agreed actions and measures of success while being clear about who is responsible for delivering on the actions.
